Proposta de protocolo de saúde bucal no âmbito da Atenção Primária

Abstract

The aim of this project is to propose a sample of care protocol in oral health to guide the professionals to give primary attention in heath, as well as to organize the task in a way to be extend to the main spots to be worked with and also to standardize the team power and goals taking into account the peculiarities of each population enrolled .The project result shows that even ESB and ESF knowing the population demand , determining the age groups care and systemic condition , assigned of production target , feels lost when talking about organizing the task and playing the right role because of the lack of guidance to do so.In conclusion, to solve the problem partially we bump in a necessity to create a document that supports the service organization and the education continued by the Equipe de Saúde da família through the tools offered by the Secretaria de Saúde do Estado de Minas Gerais (Linhas Guias de Saúde Bucal), through MS ( Cad.17 de Atenção Básica),literature sources and the care protocols of many right and combined cities and teams ,could be used as systematization to the care and fortification and optimization of the treatment followed by positive results and hitting goals with less effort and greater control grievances to the user.
