| Abstract: | A expectativa de vida tem aumentado nas ultimas décadas, porém isso não quer dizer que a qualidade de vida das pessoas tem melhorado. Devido a esse aumento na expectativa de vida, houve também um aumento na ocorrência de doenças crônicas como a Insuficiência Renal Crônica. E como tratamento para a Insuficiência Renal Crônica (IRC), tem-se visto o sucesso do transplante renal, porém o sucesso deste tratamento depende de uma assistência de enfermagem com qualidade. Este trabalho teve por objetivo descrever as ações do enfermeiro no pré e pós transplante renal. Foram revisados artigos e livros em português, espanhol e inglês, pesquisados nas bases da BIREME, especificamente LILACS, MEDLINE e BDENF e biblioteca. Como foi visto no decorrer deste trabalho, é de suma importância o acompanhamento do enfermeiro junto a todo o processo do transplante renal. O enfermeiro é um dos responsáveis pelo sucesso do transplante, pois é ele quem planeja as ações de enfermagem e ações educativas ao paciente quanto ao tratamento. Mas para que a assistência de enfermagem seja prestada com qualidade e eficiência é preciso um conhecimento técnicocientífico, que só é adquirido através de novos estudos e pesquisas. |
| Abstract: | Life expectancy has increased in recent decades, but that does not mean that the People´s quality of life has improved. Due to this increase in life expectancy there was also an increase in the occurrence of chronic diseases such as chronic renal failure. And as a treatment for chronic renal failure (CRF), the success of renal transplantation have improved, but the success of this treatment depends on a nursing care quality. This study aimed at describing the nurse´s actions before and after renal transplantation . Articles and books in Portuguese, Spanish and English were reviewed, researched on the basis of BIREME, specifically LILACS, BDENF , MEDLINE and library. As seen through this paper, The nurse´s attendance is relevant along the entire process of kidney transplantation . The nurse is one of the responsible for the success of a transplant, because he plans the nursing actions and educational activities for patients concerning the treatment. But so that nursing care is provided with quality and efficiency , it´s necessary to have a technical and scientific knowledge which is acquired only through new studies and research. |
