| Abstract: | Trata-se de um estudo de revisão de literatura que teve como objetivo sintetizar as intervenções de enfermagem paliativas às pacientes com neoplasia de mama. Utilizou-se como estrategeia metodologica a revisão integrativa de 10 artigos selecionados das bases de dados da Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in the Health Sciences) (LILACS), portal de periódicos do Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) e Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), acessados por meio da biblioteca virtual em saúde (BVS). Os resultados da revisão mostraram que a maioria dos primeiros autores eram enfermeiros, no que diz respeito aos deliniamentos dos estudos corresponde ao nível IV de evidência. Conclui-se que torna-se necessario um aprimoramento e mais estudos sobre o tema cuidados paliativos em enfermagem para pacientes com neoplasia de mama, para tornar a pratica em enfermagem mais eficas e baseada em evidencia com maior evidência cientifica. |
| Abstract: | This is a study of literature review aimed to synthesize the palliative nursing interventions for patients with breast cancer. Was used as a methodological strategy integrative review of 10 articles selected from databases of the Latin American and Caribbean Center on Health Sciences (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in the Health Sciences) (LILACS), portal of the Scientific Electronic journals Library Online (SciELO), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), accessed through the virtual health library (BVS). The review results showed that most of the first authors were nurses, with regard to the studies I outlined is level IV evidence. We conclude that it is a necessary improvement and further studies on the subject in nursing palliative care for patients with breast cancer, to make the most effective nursing practice in evidence-based and more scientific evidence. |
