Abstract

In the course of construction of the Unique system of Health they happened great progresses regarding the politics publish of health, but also some conflicts and challenges, imposing an urgency in the improvement of the system in search of new directions. In the attempt of reorganizing the system of health, it was instituted by Ministry of Health, in 2003, the National Politics of Humanization - PNH, formulated starting from the systemization of experiences of the Unique system of Health. She establishes to the states, municipal districts and services of health the implantation of humanization practices in the actions of attention and administration, contributing, like this, for legitimation of SUS as public politics. Like this, the present work aimed at to elaborate an action plan with views to the decrease of the demand repressed in the Unit of Health of the neighborhood Lemon tree. For such, it was made research in the Virtual Library in Health, in SciELO, with the descriptors: reception, basic attention, health publishes and it programs health of the family. Also the Manuals of Ministry of Health, IBGE and DATASUS were used in order to if to obtain larger basement Theoretical / technical for elaboration of the action Plan. The reading and analysis of the consulted literature made possible to understand the reception to the users of the services of health, as a fundamental strategy, because this it is constituted as entrance door of the service of health, tends as central focus listens to her qualified, with creation of bonds between users and workers, as well as the invigoration of the I begin of the integrality in the attendance to the health. And, finally, to accomplish an action plan seeking to the improvement of the quality of the attendance rendered by the workers' of PSF Limoeiro team.
