Perfil das prioridades classificadas no atendimento do agudo no centro de saúde Cabana: classificação de risco pelo protocolo de Manchester

Abstract

The Health Centers, following their treatment guidelines, should be organized to receive the users with acute clinical needs. In order to organize this care the city hall of Belo Horizonte chose use the classification of risk, based on Protocol of Manchester. At the Cabana Health Center, west district of Belo Horizonte, the Protocol of Manchester was deployed in June 2011. The treatment data is an important source of information for organizes the spontaneous demand attention and source of knowledge of users complaints profile. In this way, this study aimed to analyze the profile of priorities of the Protocol of Manchester, according to the classifications red, orange, yellow and green, from visits carried out in the Cabana unit between July/2011 and June/2012. This is a quantitative study whose data were collected on attendance registry spreadsheets and treated at Microsoft Excel 2007. The analysis showed that a total of 8661 users were attended, with 87.6% of cases with risk rating with less severity. Classifications with greater severity represent 9.5 %, of the total number of visitors. The results of this study may help in demand reorganization, using the better knowledge of attendance.
