| Abstract: | A ETSUS Blumenau, faz parte da Rede de Escolas Técnicas do Sistema Único de Saúde - RETSUS, ligada ao Ministério de Saúde, contando com 36 escolas em todo Brasil. A Escola foi oficialmente criada em 1956 e hoje atende a região do Vale do Itajaí, em Santa Catarina, atendendo 53 municípios. O objetivo das RETSUS é facilitar a articulação técnica e política entre as Escolas Técnicas do SUS efortalecer a educação profissional em saúde. A educação é formalizada através de leis, que devem serem seguidas em todo o país. A secretaria escolar é composta por 4 servidores efetivos, que atuam suprindo toda demanda da instituição quanto as atividades ligadas a vida escolar de alunos e toda parte de documentação da escola. A secretaria escolar é responsável por toda escrituração e registro da vida escolar dos alunos. Desta forma é de extrema importância a necessidade de reavaliaçãodos documentos usados no dia a dia da instituição. A revisão dos documentos utilizados pela secretaria escolar da ETSUS Blumenau se faz necessária devido ao aumento de demanda por informações dos cursos, da vida escolar dos alunos, sendo preciso uma reavaliação dos instrumentos utilizados. | Abstract: | The ETSUS Blumenau, is part of the Network of Technical Schools Health System - RETSUS, linked to the Ministry of Health, with 36 schools throughout Brazil. The School was officially established in 1956 and today serves the Vale do Itajaí, Santa Catarina, serving 53 counties. The aim is to facilitate the RETSUS technical and political articulation between SUS Technical Schools and strengthen education for health professionals. Education is formalized through laws that must be followed throughout the country. The school office is comprised of 4 working servants whowork supplying every demand of the institution as activities related to school life of students and all documentation part of the school. The school secretary is responsible for all bookkeeping and record of students' school life. Thus it is of utmost importance to the need for reassessment of the documents used in day to day of the institution. The review of the documents used by the school secretary ETSUS Blumenau is necessary due to increased demand for course information, the students' school life, being necessary to a reassessment of the instruments used. |
