O profissional de educação física no núcleo de apoio à Saúde da Família (NASF)

Abstract

The insertion of physical education professional in Primary Care Health, specifically at Nucleus of Support to Family Health generated a lot of expectations about the performance of this professional. The objective of this study was to identify the characteristics of insertion and action of the physical education professional in the Nucleus of Support to Family Health and its contribution to health promotion. The study methodology it is was the Integrative Literature Review. The electronic bases used were the LILACS, MEDLINE and SCIELO and were identified 72 articles, four of which met the inclusion criteria previously established and formed the final sample. The results demonstrated that interventions with users are performed in groups, with multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches aimed mainly for people with chronic non-transmitted diseases and elderly. The most developed activities are walking,stretching, muscle strengthening, balance exercises and recreational activities, besides lectures and assessment of functional capacity and quality of life. The studies identified a deficit in vocational training for performance in health and multiprofessional work. The limitedavailability of studies dedicated to this area contributed to this research gaps presented. Is recommended the development of more research related to various approaches involving the physical education professional in the Nucleus of Support to Family Health to the knowledgeof the characteristics of this professional in this program will serve as a basis for the work of other professionals and researchers.
