Fatores facilitadores e dificultadores na formação de agentes comunitários de saúde em alimentação nutrição

Abstract

The profile of the Brazilian population's health and the epidemiological transition underway in Brazil, as a result of changes in demographic and nutritional profile of the population, have been promoting profound changes in the pattern of morbidity and mortality and nutritional status in all age groups, in all the geographical space, urban and rural areas of large and small cities.Seeking to deepen knowledge in this subject.This study of integrative literature review aimed to identify the factors in theformation process of the ACS in food and nutritional education in SUS.The results show that the main factors are: facilitatores) participation of teaching spaces in interinstitutional health committees in the social control and the agreement of the SUS, b) Co-accountability of services for the production of teaching and research, c) inclusion of teaching hospitals in the SUS, d) Democratization of the structures of schools and services.The difficult factors identified among others were: a) Alienationfrom school regarding the social reality of the population, b) Divergence between the authoritarian structure of schools and the proposals of the SUS, c) intra-and interinstitutional Disarticulation in service/school relationship. To remedy these process factors:-allow these professionals understand the importance of healthy eating, for the promotion of health and prevention of diseases;-Take your questions in relation to the theme, including Demystifying popular beliefs;-implement nutrition activitiesplanned by ACS during the active search;-training of users of SUS with specific nutritional disorders.It is expected that awareness increase the bond of the SCW with the community and with the nutritionist of the NASF, which assist in the identification of users of SUS with specific nutritional disorders (malnourished and obese) which should be referred to professional nutritionist
