| Abstract: | O presente estudo objetivou revisar a literatura científica para identificar as estratégias de educação permanente em instituições de saúde brasileiras. Foram utilizados os seguintes descritores: educação and permanente and enfermagem, nas bases de dados LILACS (Literatura Latino Americana e do Caribe) e BDENF (Base de Dados de Enfermagem) e na Biblioteca Virtual SCIELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online). Foram encontrados 10 estudos que atendiam aos objetivos da pesquisa na língua portuguesa e, após analisados verificou-se que no cenário específico da saúde, encontra-se a Educação Permanente (EP) como facilitadora para resolução dos déficits relacionados à compreensão dos problemas de saúde dos clientes, devido ao trabalho contínuo de integralidade realizada por enfermeiros motivados rumo à qualidade da assistência. |
| Abstract: | This study aimed to review the literature to identify strategies for continuing education in Brazilian health institutions. The following keywords were used: "education" and "permanent" and "nursing" in the databases (Latin American and Caribbean Literature) and BDENF (Database of Nursing) LILACS and SciELO Virtual Library (Scientific Electronic Library Online ). 10 studies that met the objectives of the research in the English language were found, and after analyzed it was found that the specific scenario of health, is the Continuing Education (PE) as a facilitator for resolution of deficits related to the understanding of health problems customers due to the ongoing work of completeness performed by nurses motivated towards quality of care. |
