| Title: | Educação permanente em saúde no Brasil: um recorte histórico de 2004 à 2013 |

| Abstract: | A educação permanente é a estratégia usada para enfrentar os problemas de desenvolvimento dos serviços de saúde. Grande parte do esforço para alcançar a aprendizagem ocorre por meio da capacitação, isto é, de ações intencionais e planejadas que têm como missão fortalecer conhecimentos, habilidades, atitudes e práticas que a dinâmica das organizações não oferece por outros meios, pelo menos em escala suficiente. O objetivo do presente estudo é realizar uma revisão integrativa sobre as práticas de educação permanente para profissionais nos serviços de saúde. Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa. Foram utilizados artigos das bases de dados LILACS e SCIELO a partir dos descritores: Enfermagem; Educação; Educação permanente. Por meio dos resultados obtidos observaram-se quatro temáticas: Histórico da educação permanente; Características dos profissionais; Prática pedagógica; Condições de trabalho para implantação da educação permanente nos serviços de saúde. Com isso, constatou-se que os profissionais precisam de transformações nas práticas e nos contextos de trabalho, fortalecendo a reflexão na ação, o trabalho em equipe e a capacidade de gestão sobre os próprios processos locais. |
| Abstract: | Permanent education is a strategy used to tackle the problems of development of health services. Much of the effort to achieve the learning occurs through training, that is, intentional and planned actions that have as mission to strengthen knowledge, skills, attitudes and practices that the dynamics of offers by other means, at least in sufficient scale. The aim of this study is to conduct an integrative review about the practices of permanent education for professionals in the health services. It is a study of integrative review. Articles were used the databases LILACS and SCIELO from key words: nursing; Education; Permanent education. By means of the obtained results we observed four themes: history of permanent education; Characteristics of the professionals; Pedagogical practice; Working conditions for deployment of permanent education in health services. With that, it was noted that professionals need transformations in the practices and in the contexts of work, strengthening the reflection in action, teamwork and the ability of management about their own local processes. |
