| Abstract: | A Educação Permanente baseada em Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POP), é uma estratégia fundamental nas transformações dos processos de saúde, uma vez que através desta modalidade os profissionais passam a atuar de maneira crítica, reflexiva, propositiva, compromissada, tecnicamente competente e de uma forma organizada e sistematizada. A partir de então, tem-se condições de prevenir e controlar a ocorrência de falhas, que podem afetar a assistência do usuário, a equipe multidisciplinar ou da comunidade onde o serviço está inserido. Trata-se de uma metassíntese, que teve como objetivo identificar ações de Educação Continuada no serviço de Assistência a Saúde do Trabalhador. Para o levantamento dos artigos, realizou-se uma busca nas seguintes bases de dados: Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Scielos, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) e Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem on-line (Medline).Os resultados revelaram que a Educação Permanente é peça chave para redução da ocorrência dos eventos adversos e impacta diretamente no bom funcionamento da instituição prestadora de Serviço de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho. Conclui-se que a capacitação dos profissionais é essencial para segurança e qualidade do atendimento prestado. |
| Abstract: | The Continuing Education based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP ) , is a key strategy in the transformation of healthcare processes , since through this mode professionals now operate critical , reflective , purposeful way technically competent , committed , and in a way organized and systematic . Since then , it has been able to prevent and control the occurrence of faults , that may affect the service user , the multidisciplinary team or community where the service is located. This is an integrative review aimed to identify actions in continuing education assistance service to Occupational Health . For the removal of articles, rea lizou A search in the following databases : Virtual Health Library ( VHL ) , Scielos , Lite ture Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences ( LILACS ) and Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem online ( Medline ) . results showed that continuous education is key to reducing the occurrence of adverse events and number directly impacts the smooth functioning of the institution providing Health and Safety service . It is concluded that the training of professionals is essential to the safety and quality of care provided . |
