| Abstract: | Esta monografia teve como objetivo entender a ocorrência dos casos de adoecimento por Distúrbios Osteomusculares Relacionados ao Trabalho (DORT) nos funcionários que exercem a função de ajudante do operador da aplainadeira um no setor de corte de chapas em uma empresa de tubos de aço. Procurou-se, também, evidenciar o trabalho repetitivo como fator de risco para os distúrbios, bem como o ritmo acelerado como um dos determinantes, e propor soluções que possam influenciar na diminuição do adoecimento desses trabalhadores no ambiente de trabalho. O estudo foi realizado no referido setor, denominado Blank, que é composto por várias máquinas. A máquina pesquisada foi a aplainadeira um, com o dispositivo braço, que corta a bobina em chapas de 40x90 cm. A função estudada foi a do ajudante do operador dessa máquina. Estudou-se, a fundo, a atividade de um trabalhador que ocupa esse cargo. A pesquisa teve como ponto de partida a perda de ação trabalhista de funcionário (ajudante) do setor Blank por causa de problemas na coluna de lombar. Espera-se que os resultados obtidos possam contribuir para aumentar o entendimento da gênese dos DORT no trabalho repetitivo com pressão temporal. |
| Abstract: | This research studied the activity of tubing roller operators. The aims of this study was to understand the occurrence of cases of illness by work-related muscular-skeletal disorders MSDs in employees who perform this activity, highlight the repetitive work as a risk factor for the disturbances as well as the accelerated pace at which they work as a crucial factor, and also propose solutions that can influence the reduction of illness cases in these employees workplace. The study was carried out in the metal sheet-cutting department, which is known as Blank, in a steel tubing company. This department consists of several machines and the one I particularly investigated in particular the tube roller with a levered device that cuts the steel coil into 40x90 cm sheets. I studied the position of this tube roller operator by means of a thorough study of the activity performed by employees who has this job. The research took as its starting point the lawsuit lost by employees (operators) of the metal sheet-cutting department (Blank) due to problems in the lumbar spine. I expect that the results obtained can bring a better understanding of MSDs caused by repetitive work under time pressure. |
