Atuação da Estratégia Saúde da Família no trabalho com grupos operativos junto à comunidade: uma revisão de literatura

Abstract

Health education through organization into operative groups is one of the main ways in which the Family Health Strategy can be effectively established, in order to guarantee higher life quality to the users who benefit from it. However, it just so happens that the Family Health teams often face difficulties and challenges as far the elaboration of these projects goes and, mainly, in their fulfillment. Taking as foundation the importance attributed to the work developed by the Family Health Strategy, and the relevance of the practices regarding health education, this study aims to analyze the way in which health education is currently thought in the operative groups and seeks to shed light over the challenges that are faced. Its elaboration was developed through bibliographic review, with the analyses of articles and studies regarding the theme under discussion. It was concluded that it is necessary to actually pay attention to what each component of the group, both user and members of the team, has to offer.
