Adesão dos pacientes ao tratamento da hipertensão arterial sistêmica na unidade Homero Gil, em Betim - Minas Gerais

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition whose continuous control is aimed at prevention of irreversible changes in the body and cardiovascular complications. In basic health unit Homero Gil, there is the difficulty in controlling blood pressure of hypertensive attributed to non-patient adherence to treatment regimen. This study aims to develop an intervention project for better patient compliance Beta family health team to the treatment of hypertension in the Family Health Unit Homero Gil, in the municipality of Betim-MG. The study used the steps proposed simplified method of Situational Strategic Planning, including literature review, using the databases Scientific Electronic Libray Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) and sites municipality and the Ministry of Health. We also analyzed banks UBS Homero Gil secondary data. It was the importance of interdisciplinary actions for the management and control of hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases, and these actions must consider the individual hypertensive in all its social and cultural nuances, enhancing their environment and their individual behavior and collective. With the implementation of the project, we expect a more conscious and staff committed to comprehensive population and patients with hypertension can be informed about their disease and how to treat it on lifestyles and healthier habits.
