| Abstract: | Ser deficiente caracteriza-se por uma ausência ou a disfunção de uma estrutura psíquica, fisiológica ou anatômica. Refere-se à pessoa que vivencia uma deficiência continuamente. O atendimento especializado deve ser direito de todas as pessoas com deficiência, seja para fins terapêuticos, seja para que possa aprender a lidar com a deficiência e a desenvolver as potencialidades nas diferentes áreas. O trabalho da equipe interdisciplinar deve atender as particularidades do desenvolvimento de cada indivíduo. Partindo deste pressuposto, torna-se fundamental fazer uma revisão integrativa sobre as ações desenvolvidas de modo preventivo, as quais promovam a saúde e autonomia da pessoa com deficiência. O que se impõe é a efetivação da nova lógica de organização de assistência voltada para a melhoria das condições de vida. Cuidar da pessoa com deficiência significa fornecer a este indivíduo acesso aos direitos, o apoio médico, psicológico, nutricional, odontológico, fisioterapêutico, farmacêutico entre outros buscando a prevenção e promoção da saúde. Neste sentido, o objetivo deste trabalho é identificar e analisar publicações científicas sobre as práticas da equipes interdisciplinares que promova o cuidado humanizado e a melhoria da saúde e qualidade de vida destes indivíduos. |
| Abstract: | Being poor characterized by an absence or dysfunction of a mental, physiological , or anatomical structure. Refers to the person who experiences a disability continuously. Specialized care should be the right of all persons with disabilities , either for therapeutic purposes , is to help you learn to cope with disability and develop the potential in different areas . The work of the interdisciplinary team must meet the peculiarities of development of each individual. Under this assumption , it becomes essential to make an integrative review of the actions taken in a preventive way , which fosters the health and autonomy of people with disabilities . What is needed is the realization of the new logic of assistance aimed at improving living conditions . Taking care of the disabled person means to provide access to this individual rights , the medical, psychological , nutritional , dental , physiotherapy , pharmaceutical among others seeking prevention and health promotion support. In this sense, the objective of this work is to identify and analyze scientific publications on the practices of interdisciplinary teams that promotes the humane care and improving the health and quality of life of individuals . |
