Entrega de mercadorias em estabelecimentos comerciais urbanos: um estudo para Belo Horizonte MG, Brasil

Abstract

Every day becomes more important the transport of goods, especially in towns. Such transport is vital for citizens who depend that the products are available in the right place at the right time and in the right way. But along with the delivery of goods also arise some problems because of this transport in cities. Seeking to optimize transport in the cities, it is necessary first understand the urban logistics and then consider alternatives to mitigate the disadvantages that come along with transportation in urban centers. Nowadays most of the cargo vehicles carry food and beverage in Belo Horizonte, therefore, this study seeks to understand where is the concentration of generation of delivery considering food and beverages for bars and restaurants in Belo Horizonte. In an analysis of more than 1,300 bars and restaurants in Belo Horizonte, was created a map indicating interpolated bars and restaurants with highest daily demand for delivery of beverage and food.
