Resumo: | Objetivo: A compreensão da estrutura mental dos candidatos à cirurgia bariátrica, visando evitar que complicações psicológicas ocorram no pós-operatório tardio é a tônica desse projeto de intervenção. Assim, este estudo tem como objetivo orientar a equipe multidisciplinar sobre as principais características psicológicas do paciente de cirurgia bariátrica relacionados à educação para a saúde que contribuam no manejo do paciente e em seu bem-estar psíquico. Para garantir a abrangência e responder a questão norteadora do estudo realizou-se a busca de publicações sobre o tema pesquisado disponíveis nas bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS); Bibliografia Brasileira de Enfermagem (BDENF); Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem on-line (MEDLINE) e na biblioteca eletrônica Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO). A metodologia proposta foi projeto de intervenção utilizando como referência o método do Planejamento Estratégico Situacional (PES) Planejamento e Avaliação das Ações em Saúde, da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais e o Módulo 07 do CEFPEPS-EEUFMG. Espera-se com esse projeto otimizar o acompanhamento psicológico adequado e efetivo ao paciente de cirurgia bariátrica do pré-operatório ao pós-operatório a curto, médio e longo prazo em interlocução com a equipe multidisciplinar e desta com o psicólogo por meio de ações efetivas e monitoramento sistematizado. |
Abstract: | Purpose:The understanding of the mental structure of candidates for Bariatric Surgery, in order to avoid psychological complications occurs in late post-operative is the tonic of this intervention project. Thus, this study aims to guide the multidisciplinary team on the main psychological characteristics of the Bariatric Surgery patient education related to health that contribute in the management of the patient and in his psychic well-being.To ensure comprehensiveness and answer the question the study's guiding the search for publications on the topic searched available Literature data bases in Latin America and the Caribbean Health Sciences (LILACS); Brazilian bibliography of nursing (BDENF); Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem online (MEDLINE) and in the electronic library Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO). The proposed methodology was intervention project using as reference the Situational Strategic Planning (PES) planning and evaluation of health Actions, the Federal University of Minas Gerais and the module of CEFPEPS 07-EEUFMG. The project is expected to optimize the psychological suitable and effective to the patient for Bariatric Surgery pre-op to post-op in the short, medium and long-term interaction with the multidisciplinary team and this with the psychologist through effective actions and systematic monitoring. |
