| Abstract: | Obaixo grau de interoperabilidade entre os softwares easfrequentes reprogramações,somados a aspectos da organização do trabalho como o sistema de metas, são as principais dificuldades encontradas por Controladores de Tráfego Ferroviário (CTF) no Centro de Controle Operacional (CCO) de uma empresa de transporte ferroviário durante a execução da atividade. O objetivo desse trabalho foi compreendê-las e propor uma tratativa às mesmas. Para isso, foi realizadaa Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho dos CTFs.Foramentrevistados três inspetores, um supervisor e o Gerente do CCO. Ao final, foram feitas algumas recomendações. |
| Abstract: | The low level of interoperability between the software and the frequent reprogramming, in addition to aspects of the organization of work as the target system, are the main difficulties encountered by Rail Traffic Controllers (CTF) in the Operational Control Center (CCO) of a company rail while performing the activity. The objective of this study was to understand them and propose dealings to them. For this reason, the Ergonomic Analysis of Work of CTFs was held. They interviewed three inspectors, a supervisor and manager CCO. Finally, some recommendations were made. |
