Abstract: | A Lei de Acesso à Informação, promulgada em 18 de novembro de 2011 trouxe impactos para todos os servidores públicos, impulsionando a transparência e o acesso à informação, medida indispensável ao fortalecimento das democracias modernas. Dessa forma, é importante entender como é compreendida e visualizada a aplicação da nova lei de acesso à informação no serviço de inteligência da Secretaria de Defesa Social do Estado de Minas Gerais (SEDS). Com o objetivo de verificar como o órgão tem trabalhado para garantir o acesso público à informação do governo sem colocar em causa os esforços legítimos que garantam a segurança dos cidadãos e do Estado, bem como o sigilo das investigações, foi feito um estudo bibliográfico, bem como uma pesquisa de campo no Centro Integrado de Informações de Defesa Social (CINDS). Os resultados da pesquisa realizada entre os servidores da SEDS, lotados no CINDS, fez com que se observasse que os servidores estão bastante focados na sociedade, sendo ela a detentora dos poderes e sendo para ela que todo o aparelhamento do Estado tem trabalhado. Verificou-se, ainda, que apesar de todos os esforços ainda falta conhecimento da Lei por parte dos integrantes da SEDS, sendo, portanto, oportuno a realização de cursos e treinamentos. |
Abstract: | The Access to Information Act, enacted on 18 November 2011 brought impacts to all public servants, boosting transparency and access to information, as essential to the strengthening of modern democracies. Thus, it is important to understand how it is understood and viewed the application of the new law on access to information in the Secretariat of the Intelligence Service of Public Safety of the State of Minas Gerais - SEDS. In order to verify how the agency has worked to ensure public access to government information without jeopardizing the legitimate efforts to ensure the security of citizens and the state, as well as the confidentiality of investigations, a literature study was done well as a field research in the Integrated Centre of Social Defense Information - CINDS. The results of the survey conducted among the SEDS servers - Secretary of Social Defense, crowded in the Integrated Centre of Social Defense Information - CINDS, made them observe that the servers are very focused on society, it being the holder of powers and being for her the whole machinery of the state has worked. There was also that despite all the efforts still lack knowledge of the law on the part of the SEDS members and is therefore advisable to conduct courses and training. |
