Análise ergonômica dos trabalhadores da Central de Pronto da Guarda Municipal de Belo Horizonte associada à organização coletiva diante das debilidades do sistema informatizado

Abstract

Ready Center Municipal Guard Belo Horizonte (CEPRON) is the sector responsible for the internal communication of the institution. The purpose of this Ergonomic Work Analysis was to accompany the activities carried out by workers in this sector in order to understand the demand that consisted as a result of the relationship between the computerized system used today that, at present weaknesses favored the consequent increment of time and barriers in carrying out routine activities. Several visits were made to CEPRON as well as other sectors involved in the activity of CEPRON. Making use the observation of real activity, testimonials, self-confrontation and simulation techniques as tools to try to understand the real situation of work and from that make interventions. This study aims to show how the weaknesses of a computerized system influence the collective organization of work generating consequently and in this case studied, complaints regarding the health of workers.
