| Title: | Peri-implantite: tratamento regenerativo com Bio-oss resultados clínicos e radiográficos |

| Abstract: | Neste trabalho foi feita revisão de literatura sobre peri-implantite, abrangendo sua etiologia, patogenia, epidemiologia, formas de prevenção e tratamento. Alem de revisão de literatura foi relatado caso clínico. O objetivo desta monografia foi avaliar o tratamento regenerativo com Bio-oss. A revisão de literatura foi feita por meio de pesquisa de artigos no Portal Capes com a palavra chave periimplantitis e no site do Pubmed com as seguinte palavras chave: periimplantitis and treatment Bio-oss. Como resultado de busca foram encontrados 28 artigos, destes foram selecionados 7 para discussão, pois são artigos que tratam especificamente sobre tratamento regenerativo de peri-implantite com Bio-oss, através de descrição de caso clínico. Foi feito relato de caso clínico de tratamento regenerativo com enxerto ósseo (Bio-oss), o qual foi acompanhado durante um ano pós-cirurgia. Para fazer o tratamento regenerativo de peri-implantite é importante que antes seja estabelecido um protocolo de tratamento rigoroso. Apenas após a completa desinfecção da região atingida é que pode ser feita a regeneração óssea. Alem disto para o sucesso do tratamento é necessário acompanhamento regular para garantir a neoformação óssea e regeneração tecidual. No caso clinico apresentado, o resultado final do tratamento foi neoformação óssea e regeneração tecidual verificada radiograficamente. |
| Abstract: | In this study, it was done a literature review of periimplantitis, including its etiology, pathogenesis, epidemiology, prevention and treatment. In addition to the literature review, a case report was described. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the regenerative treatment with Bio-oss. The literature review was done through research in the Capes with the keyword periimplantitis and in the Pubmed database with the following keywords "periimplantitis and Bio-oss treatment". As result, it was found 28 articles of which seven were selected for discussion because they are manuscripts that deal specifically with regenerative treatment of peri-implant with Bio-oss, through clinical case report. It was reported a case of periimplantitis treatment by bone graft (Bio-oss) and its 1 year follow up. In order to do the regenerative treatment of peri-implantitis, it is important that a rigorous treatment protocol is established early. Only after complete disinfecting of the affected region, the bone regeneration can be done. In addition to the success of this treatment, it is necessary to regularly monitor the treatment to ensure bone growth and tissue regeneration. In this case |
