Criação de um instrumento para mapeamento da produção documental no Projeto do Terminal Marítimo Itaoca Offshore

Abstract

This work has as its main objective to create a model of record and control of all the files produced during the implementation phase of an infrastructure project located in the state of Espírito Santo and therefore, organize the files and the information they contain, to give the users more agility and efficiency in their researches. The theoretical assumption is that within the organizational context information becomes a vital commodity for businesses and, therefore, must be managed effectively and strategically. Structuring the flow and content of all information in the project is a crucial step so all the activities and functions are known, enabling better business performance. Today, in the age of information, the highlight changed from the file itself to the information that it contains and, based on these concepts we realized the need to manage this on the project mentioned above. Through the analysis of some documents and observations, it was decided to carry out an interview with those responsible for the documents, whose questions were directed to understand how they were arranged and organized. After everything was collected, the data was analyzed and a suggestion of a model was created, focusing on the registration and control of documents, enabling users to quickly identify the information they need and the location of the physical document, if necessary.
