Abstract: | Introduction: The preferential treatment of an interventionist team for patients with Acute Miocárdiobbb infarction with ST-segment supredesnivelamento is percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) primary, which becomes effective if performed a minimum time ofdiagnosis discovery. Since this time the balloon time-port (<90 minutes), which was defined as the length between the hospital admission of the patient, and inflating the first balloon catheter or stent deployment. Objectives: To identify the pre- and inter hospital factors thatinfluence the effectiveness of the Time Gate balloon in the care of patients with suspected AMI. Discussion: So, this study is shown two strategies that can lessen this time, and the early diagnosis in the pre-hospital care and referral straight to the catheterization units and thecreation of a protocol in the emergency units reducing the delay in treatment this patient with an alleged suspicion of AMI. It also shows the factors that interfere with door-to-balloon time delay in patients during inter-hospital transport. Conclusion: We conclude that are effectivestrategies to reduce the time balloon-door and a better prognosis for patients with suspected AMI. |
