| Abstract: | O presente estudo tem por objetivo reduzir a incidência de pedidos de revisão e esclarecimento dos laudos entregues pela entidade bancária à Autarquia do Serviço Público. Para isso, foram utilizados sessenta e seis pareceres conclusivos realizados pelo Corpo Técnico do Órgão, nos quais as análises críticas averiguaram se os laudos estavam em conformidade com os requisitos da norma NBR 14.653 - Avaliação de Bens da ABNT (Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas). O não atendimento às normas ocasiona as constâncias dos pedidos derevisões e impedimento das homologações. Assim, após levantamento foram identificadas alterações em trinta e três pareceres conclusivos, onde se observou como causa as inconsistências dentro dos quesitos necessários para efetivação e conclusão positiva dos laudos. Por fim, foram apresentadas propostas que visamminimizar tais inconsistências. |
| Abstract: | The present study aims at reducing the incidence of requests for revision and clarification on reports which are delivered by the Banking Entity to the Public Service Authority. For this purpose, it were used 66 ( sixty and six ) conclusive opinions performed by the Department's technical staff, in which critical assessments examined whether the reports were in accordance with the requirements of the Standard NBR 14.653 - Assets Appraisal by ABNT (Brazilian Technical Standards Association). Failure to meet the standards caused the constancy of the requests for revisions and impediment to the homologations. Thereby, after the survey were identified alterations in thirty-three conclusive opinions, in which observed the cause of the inconsistencies among the necessary requirements for the execution and positive conclusion to the reports. Lastly, proposals that aim to minimize such inconsistencies were presented. |
