Plano de intervenção para a redução da incidência de complicações de hipertensão arterial e diabetes mellitus

Abstract

This study originated from the observation and analysis of the high incidence of hypertension and diabetes mellitus diseases in the city of Entre Rios Minas-MG. It is known that systemic arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus are highly associated with cardiovascular complications and which can leave irreversible sequels and disabilities that affect a large part of the population, which has multiple risk factors and that mostly coincide for two diseases for which decided to propose an action plan aimed at achieving the reduction of incidence of these diseases through health education with the participation of hypertensive patients and diabetics municipality Entre Rios de Minas. For which conducted a survey in SciELO, with the key words: hypertension, diabetes mellitus and health education. They were also consulted Health Ministry documents. It is expected to implement the plan we can reduce the high incidence of hypertension diseases and diabetes mellitus.
