| Title: | Associação entre déficit de coordenação tórax-pelve e lombalgia crônica inespecífica nas atividades de marcha e corrida: revisão narrativa da literatura |

| Abstract: | Essa revisão de literatura teve como objetivo fazer um levantamento na literatura sobre a associação entre déficit de coordenação tórax-pelve em atividades como marcha e corrida e a lombalgia crônica inespecífica. Para isso, foram selecionados nove artigos que atendiam aos critérios de inclusão. A partir dos resultados dessa revisão, foi possível observar que indivíduos com queixa de lombalgia crônica inespecífica apresentaram alterações relacionadas à coordenação de movimento do segmento tórax-pelve, sendo que as variáveis relacionadas à variabilidade tórax-pelve e à transição da coordenação do movimento em fase para o movimento fora de fase foram as que mais apresentaram alterações. É provável que a abordagem fisioterápica na redução do impacto de fatores que influenciam a coordenação de tronco leve à melhora da lombalgia crônica inespecífica. |
| Abstract: | This literature review aimed to assemble data regarding the association between deficit of thorax-pelvis coordination in walking and running and chronic nonspecific low back pain. Nine papers that met the inclusion criteria were included in this study. Individuals who have chronic nonspecific low back pain presented alterations related to the thorax-pelvis coordination, and the variables related to the thorax-pelvis variability and the transition from in-phase to out-of-phase movement were the ones that presented the greater changes. It is likely that the physiotherapeutic approaches that aim to reduce the impact of factors influencing the coordination of trunk can be beneficial to treat chronic nonspecific low back pain. |
