| Abstract: | O presente estudo trata-se de um projeto de intervenção cujo objetivo é analisar a viabilidade da contratação dos docentes das ETSUS durante toda a execução dos cursos técnicos e suas implicações no processo de formação. Tal fato justifica-se pela ausência de um quadro mínimo de docentes nas ETSUS, o que tem se configurado como uma problemática no processo educativo. Portanto, através deste estudo, espera-se promover um maior envolvimento do docente com a ETSUS, estabelecendo um vínculo com os estudantes-trabalhadores e, consequentemente facilitando o processo de ensino e aprendizagem. |
| Abstract: | The present study this is an intervention project whose goal is to analyze the feasibility of hiring teachers from ETSUS throughout the execution of technical courses and their implications in the training process. This fact is justified by the absence of a minimum level of teachers in ETSUS, which has been set up as an issue in the educational process. Therefore, through this study is expected to promote greater involvement of teachers with ETSUS, establishing a bond with students, workers and consequently facilitating the process of teaching and learning. |
