| Abstract: | Em razão da não existência de uma analise da dispersão dos valores do fator de deformação redundante (ø) e do fator de trabalho redundante (ø), o presente estudo visa desenvolvê-la. Essa análise foi feita utilizando as técnicas da superposição de curvas x e da tensão de trefilação. O cobre Eletrolítico foi o material utilizado, visando a verificação das equações propostas por Caddell e Atkins (ø = C1 + C e ø = ø i+m ) e Johson e Rowe (ø = 0,88 + 0,195 ); onde + (/r) (1+ (1-r) ½ ) 2 em que o e m são os termos da equação de Hollomon (s =sø em ) para o material recolhido. A dispersão esteve sempre abaixo de 5% em ambas as técnicas empregadas. A equação proposta por Johnson e Rowe foi verificada em um intervalo de 1,0 10,0 enquanto que as equações propostas por Cadell e Atkins não foram verificadas. |
| Abstract: | Due to the absence of an analysis of the dispersion of the values of the redundant deformation factor (ø) and the redundant work factor (ø), this study aims to develop it. This analysis was done using the techniques of superposition of curves x and voltage drawing. Electrolytic Copper was the material used in order to verify the models proposed by Atkins and Caddell (ø = C1 + C and o = i + m) and Johnson and Rowe (ø = 0.88 + 0.195 ), where + ( / r) (1 + (1-r) ½) 2 oem where are the terms of Hollomon equation ( ø m) for the collected material. The dispersion was always below 5% in both techniques. The equation proposed by Johnson and Rowe was seen in a range of 1.0 10.0 while the equations proposed by Atkins Cadell and unverified. |
