| Abstract: | O propósito deste trabalho foi estudar a variação das propriedades mecânicas de barras de acço AISI 1212 quando submetidas a um passe de trefitação, considerando a influência do trabalho redundante. A partir da análise de resultados obtidos após a aplicação das Teorias de WISTREICH, BACKFEN, CADDELL e ATKINS e JOHNSON e ROWE, são propostos meios de se prever o Limite de Escoamento e Limite de Resistência destes materiais após a trefitação. Discute-se ainda a previsão do alongamento final destes materiais usando curvas empíricas obtidas. |
| Abstract: | The purpose was to study the variation of mechanical properties of AISI 1212 action bars when subjected to a pass from trefitação, considering the influence of redundant work. From the analysis of results obtained after the application of theories WISTREICH, BACKFEN, Caddell and Atkins and Johnson and Rowe are proposed ways to predict the Yield Strength and Ultimate Tensile Strength of materials after trefitação. It also discusses the prediction of the ultimate elongation of these materials using empirical curves obtained. |
