| Abstract: | Partindo da necessidade do indivíduo pela substituição de seus dentes perdidos próximo a um sorriso agradável, ou seja, de forma que os dentes artificiais se tornem o mais próximo possível da dentição natural, existem formas de se ajustar um trabalho às necessidades de um paciente. É na fase de ajuste estético que o dentista tem a oportunidade de corrigir algumas imperfeições; seja indicando ao técnico de prótese dentária acréscimos de material restaurador, seja ele mesmo retirando excessos e/ou detalhes que poderão interferir negativamente na aparência desejada do paciente. Neste trabalho, serão abordados aspectos estéticos que visam harmonizar o sorriso dos pacientes quando os mesmos necessitam de próteses fixaspara recuperar os dentes perdidos, usando para isso restaurações indiretas metalocerâmicas. O ajuste estético partirá do pressuposto que a cor dos dentes já estará definida para que então o mesmo possa acontecer. Alguns aspectos abordados serão a forma dos dentes, a disposição dos mesmos no arco dental, o corredor bucal, o tamanho dos dentes, a textura de superfície, a altura da linha do sorriso, asembrasuras incisais e cervicais, o perfil de emergência, além de aspectos individuais de cada paciente como sexo, idade, personalidade, além do ajuste estético propriamente dito. |
| Abstract: | Based on the individual needs for replacing your lost teeth closer to a pleasant smile, that saying, the artificial teeth becomes somehow as close to the natural dentition, there are ways to adjust work to the needs of a patient. It is in the aesthetic adjustment phase when the dentist has the opportunity to correct some imperfections, by indicating to the prosthesis technician some additions in the restorative material, orby removing himself the excess and/or details that may adversely affect the appearance desired by the patient. In this work will be addressed aesthetic aspects that aim to harmonize the smile of the patients when they need fixed prosthesis to recover the missing teeth, using for this metal-ceramic indirect restorations. The aesthetic adjustment will assume the color of the teeth is already set before it happens. Some discussed aspects are the shape of the teeth, its disposal on the dental arch, the buccal corridor, the size of the teeth, the surface texture, the height of the smile line, the incisal and cervical embrasures, the emergence profile and individual aspects of each patient such as sex, age and personality, besides the aesthetic itself. |
