| Abstract: | Os métodos de tratamentos, cirúrgico ou conservador, de fratura de côndilo mandibular em adultos e crianças são analisados neste trabalho através de uma revisão de literatura. Através de estudos realizados por vários pesquisadores, foi analisada a anatomia do côndilo mandibular, a incidência destas fraturas, bem como a sua etiologia para se chegar a um diagnóstico preciso e a melhor forma de tratamento para um prognóstico favorável ao paciente. Esta monografia tem por objetivo apresentar e discutir os diversos tratamentos propostos para a redução das fraturas de côndilo mandibular através de uma avaliação detalhada de suas indicações, vantagens e desvantagens avaliando o diagnóstico e prognóstico. |
| Abstract: | The methods of treatment, surgical or conservative, a condylar fracture in adults and children are analyzed in this work through a literature review. Through studies by various researchers, we examined the anatomy of the mandibular condyle, the incidence of these fractures, as well as the etiology for reaching an accurate diagnosis and best treatment for a favorable prognosis to the patient. This monograph aims to present and discuss the various treatments for the reduction of fractures of the mandibular condyle through a detailed assessment of its indications, advantages and disadvantages evaluating diagnosis and prognosis. |
