| Abstract: | A busca por informações atuais e confiáveis na área odontológica é foco de interesse da maioria dos cirurgiões-dentistas. Uma revisão sitemática reúne uma avalaiação abrangente e contemporânea de pesquisa usando métodos transparentes para minimizar o viés. A Colaboração Cochrane produz e publica revisões sistemáticas de alto padrão de qualidade na área de saúde, que são atualizadas periodicamente. O objetivo desse trabalho é relatar as conclusões das revisões sitemáticas Cochrane nos temas mais relevantes da implantodontia oral. Após uma análise de todas as revisões sobre implantes dentais encontrados na biblioteca Cochrane foram selecionados sete estudos considerados de grande validade para os clínicos, especialmente, implantodontistas. Os temas foram apresentados de maneira suscinta evidenciando o objetivo, os métodos usados, a discussão dos resultados mais relevantes e sua conclusão. Espera-se que a leitura desse trabalho auxilie o profissional a compreender melhor a Colaboração Cochrane e principalmente a se atualizar na implantodontia com os resultados encontrados pelas Revisões Sitemáticas Cochrane. |
| Abstract: | Search for current and reliable information on dental care is focus of interest of the majority of dental surgeons. A review systematic brings together a comprehensive and contemporary assessment of research using transparent methods to minimize bias. The Cochrane Collaboration produces and publishes systematic reviews of high quality standard, which are updated periodically. The goal of this work is to report the conclusions of Cochrane reviews systematic in themes most relevant oral implantology. After a review of all reviews about dental implants found in the Cochrane Library were selected seven great validity studies considered for clinicians, especially implantologists. The themes were presented in succinct way of highlighting the objective, the methods used, the discussion of the most relevant results, and completion. Reading this work will help professionals better understand the Cochrane Collaboration and mainly update in implantology with results found by systematic Reviews Cochrane. |
