| Abstract: | O problema de provisionamento em uma rede é tratado por métodos de análise que permitem o uso de técnicas de otimização, a fim de proporcionar maior direcionamento nas decisões a serem tomadas na escolha da solução final de um ISP (Internet Services Provider). Com as redes de Petri foi elaborada uma estrutura capaz de representar o comportamento de uma rede de Internet e realizar a sua simulação e, com o auxílio do uso de profiles, estudar os estímulos de um cliente sobre a rede de um ISP. Os profiles são algoritmos baseados emdemandas de clientes de acordo com seu tipo de uso. Tal estrutura foi utilizada para trabalhar em conjunto com um algoritmo de otimizaçãoevolucionário, que teve com finalidade alcançar melhorias para o projeto da rede de um ISP. |
| Abstract: | The problem of provisioning bandwidth in network is handled by analytical methods that allow the use of optimization techniques in order to provide directing in decisions to be taken in choosing the final solution of an ISP (Internet Services Provider). With Petri nets, it was created a structure that is capable of representing the behavior of an Internet network and perform the simulation and with the help of the use of Profiles, to study the stimulus from a client on the network of an ISP. The Profiles are algorithms based on demands of customers according to their type of use. This structure was used to working together with an evolutionary optimization algorithm, which was intended to achieve improvements to the design of the network of an ISP. |
