| Abstract: | O trabalho consiste na apresentação do cenário econômico em que seencontra o mercado de pet shop e a viabilidade econômica de se implementar uma loja do segmento de cuidados com animais domésticos na Cidade de Ipatinga. Como indicadores da viabilidade do empreendimento, foram utilizados indicadores básicos como VPL (Valor Presente Líquido), TIR (Taxa Interna de Retorno) e Payback. De acordo com os resultados obtidos através da planilha de Fluxo de Caixa, o empreendimento é um investimento viável, oferecendo um VPL positivo de R$26.609,28, com uma TIR de 17,1% com um Payback de 3,5 anos. |
| Abstract: | The work consists in presenting the economic environment in which it is the pet shop market and economic feasibility of implementing a store segment of care with pets in the city of Ipatinga. As indicators of the viability of the project, were used as basic indicators of NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and Payback. According to the results obtained by the Bill of cash flow, entrepreneurship is a viable investment, providing a positive NPV of U.S. $ 26,609.28, with an IRR of 17.1% with a Payback of 3.5 years. |
