Viabilidade de expansão da loja Brilho e Cia no bairro Buritis

Abstract

This business plan aims to study the ability of opening a retail store in the business of women's clothing and accessories. The project will be located in the shopping Mall which is located at Av. Mario Werneck, being at the main street of the neighborhood Buritis in the city of Belo Horizonte-MG. Through out this study included the company description, physical structure, commercial, organizational, legal, market analysis and competition, marketing strategies, products to be sold, customer relations, pricing and promotions to be practiced; financial plan, composition investment, projected expenses, revenues and profits in the first years of the company, and finally the economic and financial ability of opening the business.
