Abstract

The object of health work is not a static process, it occurs through a continuous motion, with a dynamism that makes light technologies used are effective. Within this concept, there is a requirement that health professionals, especially nurses, have a different attitude, have a look at the distinguished ability to realize that this dynamism and diversity that challenge the subject of creativity, listening, flexibility and sensitivity. The objective of this research is to examine the contribution that the interaction of knowledge and practices of users' health / family and the nurse of the FHS, permeated by the language / culture, provides in relevant aspects of care, when this interaction occurs in the use of light technology, the process of work of the Primary Health Care The present study this was a qualitative study, descriptive in nature, carried out through a literature review of various national literatures specialized manuals of the Ministry of Health and articles in science-based, with respect to subject of care, communication and the use of technology strategy at the Family Health - ESF. With the completion of this study concluded that the presence of low technology in the work process in health aims to produce health care actions, which must be present in relations of reciprocity and interaction. The production of these relationships produces an overall care, where there is the rescue of singularity, where the User acquires citizenship and autonomy.
