A prática do acolhimento na organização do processo de trabalho

Abstract

The reception constitutes a form of to humanize and to organize the work in health, going to the encounter of the proposals of the program health of the Family. This study had as objective analyzes in the national literature the scientific production related to the practice of the reception in the organization of the work process. The population consisted of literature indexed in the national database (BIREME, SCIELO and BDENF) using the keywords: reception and it Programs health of the family. Starting from this search, we found 40 works. The sample was defined by the reading of the same ones and her adaptation to the inclusion criteria: goods published in Portuguese in the period from 2000 to 2010 that they approached the theme reception in the organization of the work process in PSF, being selected 12 goods. Starting from the most average concepts on the subject and of the several implantation experiences developed, we verified what intends with the reception for SUS, besides we analyze like him is done in the primary attention and which her interference in the work processes. It is noticed that the reception should be organized leaving of the following beginnings: to assist the people that seek the service well, making possible the necessary reception and reorganizing the work process so that all involved them, users or workers feel in fact welcomed in a humanitarian and solidary way. The importance of the formation is stood out of the I link in the program health of the Family as strategy to improve the attendance to the health.
