Gravidez na adolescência: um fenômeno complexo

Abstract

This work was subject to teenage pregnancy. For this purpose, as outlined to identify, through a literature review, the factors that have led to an increase in teenage pregnancies. The methodology used was literature based on articles published from 2005 to 2010 in the LILACs database and also in SciELO. The keywords used were: teenage pregnancy and public health with identification of 20 articles. The analysis was performed from multiple readings of the articles in order to investigate the factors that lead to increased teenage pregnancy, the ideas associated with the theme, comparing the ideas found in texts and prepare a speech critical of the positions of Authors studied. The study shows that teenage pregnancy has been an increasingly growing phenomenon and that there must be participation of family and health professionals in advising the early pregnancy.
