| Abstract: | A proposta de reordenação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) esta fortalecida pelo Programa Saúde da Família (PSF). A saúde da mulher, em especial a assistência ao prénatal, ganha destaque e é atribuição para as equipes de saúde da família. Esse trabalho objetiva investigar a existência da assistência pré-natal realizadas por Enfermeiros dessas equipes. Essa temática emergiu pela assistência realizada na equipe de saúde da família, de atuação da autora, em Uberaba/MG, fortalecida pela análise crítica de seu portfólio. Portfólio consiste numa coleção de documentos confeccionados em resposta as atividades do Curso de Especialização em Atenção Básica em Saúde da Família/UFMG, que intencionou dialogar reflexivamente a realidade local, o cotidiano de trabalho na ESF e as teorias existentes nesse campo de conhecimento. Essa análise gerou uma questão norteadora- Existe a realização da assistência ao Pré-Natal por enfermeiros na ESF/AB?. O método investigativo utilizado foi a revisão da literatura sistematizada, através de biblioteca virtual de Enfermagem, pelo unitermo Pré-Natal. Foram encontrados 40 artigos. Após leitura, apenas 20% (n=8) foram pertinentes. Artigos demonstraram que o Enfermeiro atende ao Pré-Natal, enquanto membro integrante da equipe de saúde da família. Apontam que essa assistência converge às diretrizes do PSF. Discutem as práticas de cuidado da enfermagem na incorporação das questões psicoafetivas das gestantes e das abordagens familiares. Demonstram a integração ensino-serviço para a realização desse cuidado. Entretanto, observa-se a necessidade de ampliação da produção do conhecimento sobre essa temática. Há uma dicotomia entre a prática cotidiana experienciada pela autora e os resultados desse estudo. Com isso, espera-se contribuir para o fomento da produção do conhecimento em Enfermagem, e estimular a modificação das práticas nas equipes saúde da família, destacando a efetividade desse profissional e valorizando o seu diferencial assistencial para os serviços primários de saúde, em especial na assistência ao Pré-Natal. |
| Abstract: | The proposal for reorganizing the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) is strengthened by the Family Health Program (FHP). Women's health, especially assistance to prenatal care, and gained prominence assignment is for teams of family health. This work aims to investigate the existence of prenatal care performed by nurses of these teams. This theme emerged in place for assisting the family health team, the performance of the author, in Uberaba / MG, strengthened by critical analysis of your portfolio. Portfolio is a collection of documents prepared in response to the activities of the Specialization Course in Primary Health Care (PHC) and Family Health Program / UFMG that he intended to engage reflexively local reality, the daily work in the ESF and the existing theories in this field of knowledge. This analysis generated a research question-"There is the realization of care for prenatal nurses in FHP /PHC?" The investigative method used was a systematic literature review through virtual library of Nursing at unitermo Pre-natal. Found 40 items. After reading, only 20% (n = 8) were relevant. Articles showed that the nurse attends the Pre-Natal as an integral member of the team of family health. Indicate that such assistance converges to the guidelines of the FHP. Discuss the practice of nursing care in the incorporation of issues psycho pregnant women and family approaches. Demonstrate the teaching-service integration to achieve this care. However, there is a need to increase the production of knowledge about this subject. There is a dichotomy between the everyday practice experienced by the author and the results of this study. They are expected to contribute to the promotion of knowledge production in Nursing, and encourage change in practices in family health teams, highlighting the effectiveness of training and developing their differential care for primary health care, especially in assistance to the Pre-Natal. |
