| Abstract: | Este estudo objetiva destacar as estratégias que podem ser utilizadas pelo enfermeiro para a realização de ações comprometidas com a promoção da qualidade da assistência de enfermagem na Estratégia Saúde da Família, através de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. A ESF busca romper com paradigmas cristalizados e incorpora novo pensar na perspectiva de mudança do modelo assistencial, além da formação do vínculo que ocorre pela aproximação entre usuário e trabalhador de saúde, objetivando envolver afetividade, ajuda e respeito, formando sujeitos autônomos, tanto profissionais quanto usuários, pois não se reconhece vínculo sem que o usuário seja reconhecido na condição de sujeito, que fala, julga e deseja. Daí, entender a relação entre usuários e profissionais ser um dos pilares que sustenta a estratégia do acolhimento. Nesse sentido, o acolhimento constitui uma forma de humanizar e organizar o trabalho em saúde, indo ao encontro das propostas da Estratégia Saúde de Família (ESF). Dessa maneira, o acolhimento possibilita encaminhar as necessidades mais imediatas da população atendida, preservando a equidade na atuação da ESF e a organização da demanda na assistência aos usuários. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to highlight the strategies that can be used by nurses to perform actions committed to promoting the quality of nursing care at the Family Health Strategy through an integrative literature review. The ESF aims to break with crystallized paradigms and incorporates new thinking from the perspective of health care change, besides forming a connection that is the relation between user and worker health, aiming to involve affection, respect and help forming autonomous individuals, both professionals and users therefore not recognized bond without the user is recognized as a subject who speaks, thinks and wants. Hence, understanding the relationship between users and professionals to be one of the pillars underpinning the strategy of the host. Thus, the host is a way to humanize and organize work in health, meeting the proposed Family Health Strategy (FHS). Thus, the host enables forward the most immediate needs of the population served by preserving the equity in FHP teams and the organization of assistance to users on demand. |
