O trabalho em equiepe e a estratégia de saúde sa família: dilemas éticos

Abstract

This work addresses the ethical dilemmas in family health strategy, considering the practice of professionals and institutions. Many are the problems encountered, hindering the work of the teams and the relationships with the community, in the city of Governador Valadares MG. Complaints on the part of the population assisted justify the relevance of the theme. This work had as objectives to systematize the most relevant aspects relating to teamwork, on ethical relations and indicate guidelines for the family health team, considering the expectations of the population. To be perceived in a broad context, attempted to understand the ethical problems in the relationship between users or family and professionals, ethical problems in the relationship inside the team and ethical problems in relations with the organization of the health system. These correlations are guidelines for family health team. In the end, personal considerations are made about ethical issues experienced in reality of work of a professional in the basic care.
