| Abstract: | Ao tomar como referência o relacionamento entre enfermeiro/cliente no exame preventivo, deve-se atentar para a importância de que esta relação deve ter como princípio um relacionamento terapêutico. Assim, este estudo, baseado em uma revisão bibliográfica objetivou analisar a literatura de enfermagem publicada nos últimos 10 anos sobre a relação enfermeiro paciente na consulta preventiva do câncer cérvico-uterino. A busca dos artigos se deu no SciELO e os descritores foram: Prevenção de câncer de colo do útero, Comunicação e Vínculo. A leitura dos artigos, de livros e de manuais do Ministério da saúde permitiu a construção das categorias de análise: Considerações gerais sobre o câncer colo uterino; Atuação do enfermeiro na consulta ginecológica e A coleta do exame citopatológico e o constrangimento associado. Ao final do estudo conclui-se que o enfermeiro é o principal responsável pela sensibilização da mulher, atuando principalmente como educador. E, para tanto, deve possuir atributos como empatia e sociabilidade. |
| Abstract: | In referring to the relationship between nurse / client in a Pap smear, should be attentive to the importance of this relationship should have as a principle therapeutic relationship. This study, based on a literature review aimed to analyze the nursing literature published in the last 10 years about the relationship nurse patient consultation in preventive cervical cancer. The search took place in SciELO articles and the descriptors were: prevention of cancer of the cervix, Communication and Vínculo.A reading articles, books and manuals of the Ministry of Health allowed the construction of the categories: General Considerations cervical cancer; Nurses' performance in gynecological and collection of cervical cancer screening and associated embarrassment. At the end of the study concluded that the nurse is primarily responsible for raising awareness of women, working mainly as an educator. And for both, must possess attributes such as empathy and sociability. |
