| Abstract: | A gravidez na adolescência é um problema de saúde pública tanto no Brasil como em muitos outros países do mundo. Um desafio colocado para o enfrentamento do problema diz respeito à implantação de ações preventivas de caráter contínuo e sistemático. Nesse aspecto, ressalta-se a importância da atuação da equipe da Saúde da Família que deve buscar identificar os fatores que interferem na utilização de métodos contraceptivos e que repercutem sobre a incidência de gravidez na adolescência. O presente estudo tem como objetivo central identificar, a partir da bibliografia existente sobre o tema, fatores associados ao uso de métodos contraceptivos e gravidez na adolescência e caracterizar como esse fenômeno tem ocorrido no município de Campos Gerais, MG. A revisão da bibliografia ofereceu elementos que poderão subsidiar a definição de ações de educação e prevenção no âmbito do PSF no município de Campos Gerais no estado de Minas Gerais. |
| Abstract: | The teenage pregnancy is a public health problem in Brazil and other countries in the world. A challenge for dealing with this involves an introduction of preventive actions, continuous and systematically. So, there is emphasized the importance of Health Family Program - PSF that must search to identify the factors that take place with the use of contraceptive methods and the incidence of teenage pregnancy. The main aim of the study is identify, from the bibliography, associated factors to the use of contraceptive methods and teenage pregnancy and describe this phenomenon in Campos Gerais, MG. The bibliography revision offered elements that would be useful for defining education strategies to prevent the adolescence pregnancy prevention in the context of the PSF in Campos Gerais. |
