Estratégia saúde da família e o papel do enfermeiro na saúde do hipertenso

Abstract

The Strategy Health of the Family is a Program that had beginning in 1993 middle, being regulated in fact in 1994, for the Health department of form that it could modify the traditional form of installment of medical assistance to the communities most devoid, aiming at to stimulate the implantation of a new model of Primary Attention that to a large extent decided the problems of health of this population. The program is carried through by professionals of the health, amongst which the nurse, who was constructing its practical interlaced to the attention models to the health, to the ways of organization of the services and to the process of work in health, tied with the historical and social contexts. In its relation with the patient hipertenso, the Strategy Health of the Family with the contribution of the nursing comes constructing and modifying its work, extending and diversifying its activities, in accordance with the occured transformations for the models of attention to the health of the people. To understand more good on this thematic one, this qualitative study it objectified to apprehend on the work of () the nurse () that it acts, in the current days, the Program Strategy Health of the Family, in ranks of health and its contribution how much to the medication use as proposals of intervention and recovery of the health of hipertenso. The theoretical referenciais had been removed of authors as Gil (1994), Goleman (1995), Rasp (1994), Hiss (1989), Passion (1979) and others. In this recital, subjects had emerged as: Nursing: of the empirismo to modern science, the Program Strategy Health of the Family, the importance of () the nurse () in the context of the Program and its participation in the prevention of the health and responsibility in the life of hipertenso. On the basis of this study, the quarrel indicates that the craft of () the nurse () is today, not only cuidador, for the direct care and the management of this care, but it presents prominence in the predominance of an ethical, affective professional and that it must be constantly if bringing up to date, either for the ample use of available technologies, that potencializam the singular relations to take care of, or for knowing generalista, necessary to exert this work. One expects that this work is a contribution to the professionals of the nursing, for the subjectivity of its craft as one to know and one to make in relations, with responsibility and commitment, and for the forms of domination and resistance to the different relations that all and any profession receives.
