| Abstract: | A rotatividade afeta negativamente a equipe de enfermagem do PSF de diversas maneiras, sendo a principal o impedimento do vínculo ou relação estreita e estável por intermédio da constante mudança de indivíduos da equipe, ao mesmo tempo, causa sobrecarga de trabalho nos trabalhadores que permanecem na instituição, aumenta a necessidade de treinamento de novatos e os custos de processo admissional. Este trabalho tem como objetivo estudar os efeitos da rotatividade do profissional enfermeiro sobre a equipe de trabalho e a comunidade assistida na Estratégia Saúde da Família. É uma revisão bibliográfica Virtual da Saúde, nos sites do Ministério da Saúde. Os achados nos pesquisadores estudados mencionam que a rotatividade profissional tem efeitos negativos na manutenção do vínculo. Conclui-se que a rotatividade dos profissionais acarreta prejuízos na qualidade da assistência e no vínculo com a população. |
| Abstract: | The turnover negatively affects nursing staff of PSF in various ways, the main impediment of the bond or close relationship and stable through the ever-changing team of individuals at the same time, cause overload on employees who remain in the institution increases the need for training beginners and the cost of the admission process. This work aims to study the effects of turnover on the nurse workforce and the community assisted in the Family Health Strategy. It is a literature review of the Virtual Health on the websites of the Ministry of Health researchers studied the findings mention that the staff turnover has negative effects on maintaining the link. It is concluded that the rotation of personnel is detrimental to quality of care and the link with the population. |
