| Abstract: | Os determinantes sociais da saúde incluem as condições socioeconômicas, culturais e ambientais e relacionam-se com as condições de vida e trabalho, como habitação, saneamento, ambiente de trabalho, serviços de saúde e educação, incluindo também as redes sociais e comunitárias. O objetivo deste trabalho foi correlacionar os principais problemas de saúde bucal com os determinantes sociais da saúde. Para isso, foi realizada revisão de literatura composta de análise de artigos científicos e pesquisa em sites institucionais. A partir desta análise, pode-se concluir que os determinantes sociais constituem parte importante do processo saúde-doença e devem fazer parte do planejamento em saúde. |
| Abstract: | The social determinants of health include socioeconomic, cultural and environmental conditions and are related to the conditions of life and work, such as housing, sanitation, work environment, health services and education, including also the social and community networks. The objective of this study was to correlate the major problems of oral health to the social determinants of health. For this, it was conducted a literature review and analysis of scientific articles and research on institutional sites. From this analysis, one can conclude that social determinants are an important part of the health-disease process and should be part of health planning. |
