| Abstract: | A educação permanente é o encontro entre o mundo da formação e do trabalho, no qual o aprender e o ensinar incorporam-se ao cotidiano das organizações. Baseia-se na aprendizagem significativa e desenvolve-se a partir dos problemas diários que ocorrem no lócus de atuaçãoprofissional, levando em consideração os conhecimentos e as experiências pré-existentes da equipe. Ela tem como objetivo principal a transformação das práticas das equipes de saúde, utilizando-se da problematização coletiva do cotidiano do trabalho em equipe na saúde como ponto de partida para direcionar o aprendizado. |
| Abstract: | Continuing education is the encounter between the world of education and work, in which learning and teaching are incorporated to the routine of organizations. It is based on meaningful learning and develops from the daily problems that occur in the locus of professional performance, taking into account the knowledge and experiences of pre-existingteam. It aims to transform the practices of health teams, using the collective questioning of everyday teamwork in health as a starting point to focus learning. |
