| Abstract: | O presente estudo foi realizado com o objetivo de identificar estratégias de ensino usadas pelo cirurgião dentista na prevenção dos agravos odontológicos na infância e espera-se que esta revisão estimule a realização de campanhas de prevenção de agravos odontológicos na infância para que ocorra a adoção de bons hábitos bucais e, consequentemente a diminuição desses agravos. Foi considerado o problema de pesquisa os agravos odontológicos decorrentes da falta de educação em saúde bucal. A pergunta que norteou o trabalho foi quais estratégias de ensino usadas pelo cirurgião dentista poderão contribuir para a prevenção dos agravos odontológicos na infância? Este estudo foi realizado por meio de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, foram usados descritores: odontologia; saúde da criança; odontologia preventiva; odontopediatria; educação em saúde bucal, todos do Banco Virtual de Saúde (BVS). |
| Abstract: | This study was conducted in order to identify teaching strategies used by the dentist in the prevention of dental diseases in children and it is hoped that this review will stimulate the achievement of prevention of dental diseases in children campaigned for the adoption of good occurs oral habits and hence the decrease of these injuries. Was considered the research problem dental injuries resulting from lack of oral health education. The question that guided the study was that teaching strategies used by a dentist may help in the prevention of dental diseases in children? This study was conducted by means of an integrative literature review, descriptors were used: dentistry; child health; preventive dentistry; pediatric dentistry; oral health education, all from Virtual Bank (VHL). |
