Proposta de implementação e reestruturação do acolhimento com classificação de risco na terceira Equipe De Saúde da Família do município de Belo Oriente - MG

Abstract

It is a project of intervention to be applied in the third family health Team the Belo Oriente, Minas Gerais, where the "User embracement with risk Classification" is not applied effectively. In the current context of the ESF, represents a significant device to the humanization of health care, assumes the guarantee of access to all people in order to organize the entrance door. With this, people are admitted, ensuring good quality services and maximum resolution of problems, ensures the flow of user and the reference for other services when needed, having as subject the action of the Units health professionals. This project aim to prepare and submit an intervention project based on educational activities to guide the population about the User Embracement with risk rating and its importance. The study took place through a narrative literature review and data were collected from books, Google Scholar database and from articles and scientific papers found through materials published on the Health Virtual Library (Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, BVS) through the key words: User embracement, health education, Family Health Strategy, humanization of assistance and triage, in addition to secondary data raised by the health team Esperança. The following step was to elaborate a proposal for the deployment of " User Embracement with risk rating ". It was concluded that User Embracement is an important tool for reorganization of the health service, since it meets the principles of the Brazilian Unified Health System (Sistema Único de Saúde,SUS), and that the feasibility of the same will contribute to the quality of assistance provided to users of the covered area.
