Assistir, coordenar e gerenciar: desafios do enfermeiro na Estratégia de Saúde da Família

Abstract

The formation of a team of Health Strategy (FHS) is with the union in the same physical space, professionals with different backgrounds to carry out joint work. The nurses who work in the ESF must have the posture of a leader. Nursing is seen as one of the categories of health more mobilized for the management of Basic Health Unit (BHU). The Nurse and manage assume the role of assisting the user. This duality of skills is presented as a fact complex and challenging. The main objective of this work was to perform a literature review to describe and analyze the work process of the nurse in the Family Health Strategy and, therefore, the methodology of narrative literature review was performed to obtain the publications involving the subject in research. The search terms were "FHS and Nursing", "Nursing and SUS", "The nurse as manager", "Barriers in Nursing", "Nursing: Watch, coordinate and manage." To meet and manage the administrative work can affect the quality of patient care in a more direct way. Through the literature review it is noted that one of the biggest challenges to assist, coordinate and manage, is precisely to meet the demand satisfactorily.
